My Why
There’s something special about gathering together; to share a meal, learn a new skill, celebrate a milestone or accomplishment, or honor a life well lived.
The reasons to gather are endless.
And yet, do we really need one?
At a time when constant stimulation has become the norm and hurried schedules seem to envelop our lives, slowing down and gathering has become something more than a pleasant occasion. It has become something we need.
A time to put down our phones, catch our breath, share good food and meaningful conversation, and simply be present with one another.
My dream for The Vista Sol is to create beautiful spaces where we can do just that.
A place where simple gatherings become lasting memories.
You do not need a special occasion to come. Just come as you are, wherever you may be in life’s journey.
Sometimes, we simply need the space to allow our souls to be filled by others in ways we may not even realize we need at the time.
This is why we gather.
And this is my why.

Begin your experience with a welcome toast from one of our favorite small-batch wine companies and enjoy savory sourdough boules made fresh with herb-seasoned butter. Then, gather around the flickering fire to observe the rustic tradition of preparing food over an open flame. After exploring and taking in the picturesque rolling hills, a family-style table awaits you to enjoy the bountiful meal your grill master has created for you.
