The Vision:
Imagine hay bales, campfire seating, warm summer air, and the rolling hills glowing beneath a sunset sky while guests unwind with premium cigars, smooth tequila pours, curated cocktails, and flavorful tapas. Designed to capture the essence of slow evenings and good company, this experience blends elevated hospitality with the rustic charm of the outdoors.
Whether you’re a cigar enthusiast or simply joining for the atmosphere, Sunsets + Stogies offers the perfect place to sip, connect, and listen to the smooth sounds of Vinyl records. Guests are welcome to indulge in cigars or simply enjoy the ambiance, food, drinks!
How it ignited:
What started as Carlos’ personal passion for cigars — the ritual, the craftsmanship, and the conversations they naturally create — quickly sparked the idea for something bigger: an atmosphere where people could slow down, gather outdoors, and enjoy genuine connection together.
Sunsets + Stogies was created by Carlos and his wife, Jasmine, whose shared love for intentional gatherings and meaningful connection inspired the experience from the very beginning.
Blending Carlos’ appreciation for cigars and hospitality with Jasmine’s eye for thoughtful experiences and ambiance, the two created Sunsets + Stogies as a modern social gathering with a latin, vintage vibe.
As part of our Father’s Day Campfire Dining experience, guests are invited to enjoy Sunsets + Stogies — a relaxed outdoor cigar experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of The Vista Sol at golden hour. This special Father’s Day Edition will also feature a custom hat bar experience by Temecula Crowns along with additional curated touches throughout the evening in celebration of dads.

Begin your experience with a welcome toast from one of our favorite small-batch wine companies and enjoy savory sourdough boules made fresh with herb-seasoned butter. Then, gather around the flickering fire to observe the rustic tradition of preparing food over an open flame. After exploring and taking in the picturesque rolling hills, a family-style table awaits you to enjoy the bountiful meal your grill master has created for you.
